As the Head of Dealing, you will establish and grow our dealing on account permission products, ensuring compliance with CySEC regulations while driving business growth. Your responsibilities include leading development, overseeing design, managing relationships with CySEC, and maintaining regulatory standards, managing risk, creating documentation, developing policies, monitoring markets, and fostering a culture of compliance and innovation.
