As the Senior Manager, Stablecoin Operations, you will be at the heart of Bitso's mission to revolutionize finance in Latin America through cutting-edge cryptocurrency solutions, driving the operational excellence of our stablecoin ecosystem and managing critical processes from minting and redemption of the stablecoins we issue to fiat operations with key banking partners.

Play a key role in enhancing Treasury’s balance sheet management capabilities and reporting. Responsible for designing and setting up the relevant methodology, policies and procedures, developing configuration in the Asset Liability Management system (MORS) system related to the Balance Sheet Management. Accountable to contribute to the ICAAP and ILAAP processes and assessments, review behavioural analysis and limit setting.

This position needs an individual with deep expertise in FX markets, risk management, and regulatory requirements, as well as the ability to drive business growth through innovative FX payment products and solutions. This will be a 0-1, hands-on role where you’ll be expected to go deep with your SME knowledge to create an effective strategy within a lean space. You will own the P&L for international transfers/Cross-Border Payments.
