We’re looking for a Manager, Futures to help us build and scale our futures and prediction markets products. In this role, you’ll blend deep subject-matter expertise with hands-on operational leadership — shaping features, managing risk, and ensuring smooth day-to-day execution. You’ll work closely with partners across the business to design resilient systems, keep our operations safe and efficient, and deliver products that clients can trust.
Shape our payment risk management strategy and roll up your sleeves to immediately implement short-term actions with the CEO's and COO's full support, so we can safely and responsibly grow our transaction volume and revenue. You will ensure our user funds flow securely and smoothly from pay-in to payout while considering our ambitious growth and revenue plans.
You will define and secure the capital that powers re:cap’s marketplace, working closely with our senior leadership team to ensure our business model scales sustainably and our capital supply keeps pace with growth. You will shape our capital supply strategy, ensuring it aligns with business model and enables customer financing at scale. You will lead and manage refinancing programmes, design and implement financing solutions, and represent re:cap to financing partners.
